5 stars for the quality of the bed and how they were able to accommodate my design requirements and fabric choices. Minus a star for the delivery and communication to them, it seems these beds are too heavy for the delivery team and they dislike taking it upstairs even though that is what was booked and paid for. The delivety team also broke the bed as they didn’t receive the instructions on how to install it correctly. I’d order from them again but hope they can sort out the delivery and installation side.

We purchased the Lenox in a double with the high-end option and had it painted white/ivory(?).

I still cannot believe just how sturdy this bed is, especially in comparison with the cheaper metal frames available it is absolute night-and-day! Even still anytime I have guests round and they happen to sit on the bed while I do something it gets mentioned because it is so solid. What's great is the bed is rigid but doesn't feel immovable so can be manoeuvred if needs be, but honestly it's amazing that a structure can be so supportive without middle pegs.

The gridded base is a fantastic touch, as the mattress has perfectly even support, and most importantly for us is the underside storage the high end provides. With the high end we are able to fill the underside of the bed completely with storage containers that you can't even see and feels much better use of the "under-bed space" than an ottoman can provide.

I paid for the "2 Man with Assembly & Disposal (Tier 2)" and the team that came to build the bed did a great job, very quick and very friendly, even helping work around me as dismantling the old frame took longer than expected so I was still dealing with this on their arrival.. Worth it in my opinion.

One note is about 3-4 weeks after it arrived and was built by the team, some of the screws(?) did become looser and the bed started creaking, but as it's a very simple design there aren't any hard-to-reach screws so it was easily tightened by hand with standard allen keys and hasn't budged since, nor creaked!

Sleep is noticeably improved, quality of the frame and build is great, completely silent and rigid, could not be happier. Expected lead time was 3-6 weeks but it was ordered on a Sunday night, delivered 10 days later!

For the low price, it would be easy to be worried that the quality might not be good. However, not only is the quality excellent, the mattress is very comfortable indeed. We bought 2 of these to go with the bunk bed we got here and they're really, really good mattresses. Would totally buy again and recommend them highly.

Good price, prompt delivery in good condition and well packaged. Once unpacked and allowed to "relax" fit bunks well. Very comfy in use. Well pleased.

Very pleased with the quality of the bunk bed. It’s suitable for adults, which was my request. It is strong and well made and the order ran smoothly within the allocated time.

Hi all.
Purchased the end lift small Single, as needed it to fit next to a chimney breast that a single would be slightly wide to fit into. Our stairway starts on a corner so was a bit concerned about it going up the stairs. I sent an email to customer services to ask if I needed to could I remove the top part of the bed, just in case I had problems getting it up the stairs. I got a prompt reply saying, yes it can be removed if needed.
The bed arrived wrapped. I did unwrap it first to make it easier to get up our tight stairs, and as I suspected I had problems getting it up the stairs (corner at the bottom). After removing the top part, it decreased the width we got it up stairs and all was good.
If you need to remove the top part be careful as it’s attached to the gas struts, so under pressure. I did it by slowly opening the top part down stairs where I had space, removing the bolts. Then reverse when putting back together up stairs.
Just measure were your taking the bed, at places were you might have access problems.

We are very pleased with our bed. The quality is excellent and is just what we wanted. The service from the company was great as they made sure we received it as soon as possible, for which we were very grateful.

The bed was delivered on time and assembled buy the delivery team, who followed instructions as to placement. The bed is comfortable and doesn’t squeak and takes my weight no problem. Glad I chose it.

Ordered a single bespoke ottoman bed with increased depth to raise the height and increase storage. Very satisfied with the bed and it's capacity. Followed it up with matching headboard. A happy customer

3 months in and we are still super happy with our lovely bed.
The quality is outstanding, colour (grey) is beautiful, bed feels old-fashioned sturdy and the process from order to delivery was faultless.

Our custom gas lift double ottoman bed arrived on time, is very sturdy, and well made. Also ordered a custom size head board which is also well made and fits perfectly. Highly recommended.

I had the kingsized version of this headboard made up in a bespoke fabric to match my curtains. I couldn't have been more pleased with it, both the quality of the workmanship and the look of the finished item - it looks and feels luxurious and exceeded my expectations. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other bespoke headboards.
It's a substantial piece - I was pleased I opted for the floor standing version as the slatted one would have been very heavy to to support on the bed.

The bed is nice, sturdy however there is absolutely no longevity in the paintwork as the corners are already rubbing from any passing by. The under bed drawers are minuscule and not fit for purpose on a super king bed.

Highly delighted with our new bed. We have had it two months now and we are impressed with the sturdiness of it. We had a super king size and it is very stable, well made and good looking. I particularly chose this bed as it's legs do not have feet that give the bed extra unnecessary width, they go straight down and make the bed narrower than many of its competitors, which when you are buying a 6 foot bed is a massive advantage. They were very helpful with giving me details about the delivery when it was close, because as a disabled customer, I needed a bit more support. Many thanks 😊

The beds were ordered in plenty of time pre Christmas, confirmed by their sales team. I received emails confirming they had been sent, nothing arrived. When chased they hadn’t been sent, or made. Rearranged for the delivery and guess what, they didn’t arrive again! They turned up 4 days later, causing us a great deal of delay in our plans. At no point during this process did they call us, I had to chase everything. Beds assemble well and are great but I would never use a company that doesn’t meet the delivery dates they state they will do.

Very pleased with this bed, very sturdy. Only negative was that it didn't come with assembly instructions.

Now so easy to clean under the bed. At first it felt low with the existing mattress. But now replaced with a deeper mattress and perfect. Needs to be on a flat surface because the metallic creaks are not pleasant. But now settled in and serves it's purpose.
The bed ends if replaced with rounded finials would make it look more organic , but that was not an option and serves it's purpose.

I am happy with my bed. It is exactly as I wanted, and the alterations done to it have made it the right size (I asked for it to be lowered).
When I put the bed together, I did need to contact Endurance Beds as there were parts that I didn't know what they were, but the team were quick to respond and advise. Only given 4 stars because of need to make contact about assembly.
I would be happy to use again.

Strong bed, headboard could be higher, its uncomfortable to lean on when I sit up to read.

I ordered three of these beds customised with drawers and painted different colours and it was all an effortless process.

Customer service was always available and accommodating.

The delivery guys were friendly and efficient.

The beds themselves are amazing. Very solid and the colours look fabulous.

The drawers are exactly as described but I feel could be better with padding strips to avoiding scuffing the paint. I have added some myself but then the measurements are off and they aren’t flush anymore.

Would hesitate to recommend them to anyone and very reasonably priced too.

An absolutely beautiful solid bed, never fails to make me smile a real statement price of furniture, you will not be disappointed.

It really ticks all the box’s for a seventeen year. Who is over 6ft6, loves flopping on his bed. Best bed base we have purchased.👍

Absolutely LOVE this wooden bunk bed I purchased for my daughters bed room. Its excellent quality, pretty easy to assemble and really sturdy. I paid to get extra height between the bunkbeds which worked really well. Can totally recommend Endurance Beds. 5 stars.
