We are very happy with the mattress, it is extremely good quality and very comfortable. I have had a very good experience dealing with Endurance beds, they have been very helpful and the delivery team went out of their way to make sure the mattress git into the property (not an easy take but they went above and beyond) so so grateful to Nicholas and Oli. I don't hesitate to recommend this company & their products. Its the second time i have used them & it wont be the last!
The bed is exactly what i hoped for. The finishing is fantastic. The team that delivered and assembled were incredibly professional, tidy and quick. I would recommend this bed to anyone looking for a simple classic dark wood bed frame.

When i was looking for a new bed i had a lot of questions and i was more then pleased with the customer service i received as all the information i needed, then my order was completed and delivered well within the time frame, bed is strong and comfortable. i also required advice about the base after delivery and endurance when above and beyond to help me and i would definitely buy from them again.
I am very happy with my Ottoman bed - and also with the company, who literally went out of their way to deliver it on time.
The interior storage space is very handy too and easy to access.

This is the best custom built bed I have ever had. I praise Endurance Beds for building such an amazing product. This bed is 5*.
The service leading up to getting the bed is a different story. I'll try to be constructive here, without sounding too negative. You're a company that makes a brilliant product but I certainly feel like the customer should be more informed of the development process throughout an order they make. For me, after the payment was made there was a very long gap of silence after then, it was only after the bed was completed months later (With several delays) that I was informed.
If you are looking for an area where the company might improve, maybe adding a kind of order tracking where a customer can check it's progress as it is designed and made all the way up until it is sent off. Adding a progress bar with estimated times to continuing onto the next stage would certainly keep the customer more informed and keeps them involved in the order process. Saying things like "We are designing your bed", "We are building your bed", "We are sourcing parts"... etc.
Customer Service are nice, but I did have to follow up with them multiple times after several delays to the process. I'd rate the service as 3*.
Don't let above diminish such an incredible product. I had a bespoke small double bunk bed made with the bottom bed removed. I use that space for a desk where I use my computer. My room is incredibly small so this bed was necessary.
It is my favourite!
