FAQ

Our frames are built to last with strength and durability in mind so the added support isn't needed. This also creates maximum storage.

Our metal frames are made from 2mm thick steel which is double the thickness of most standard bed frames on the market. Our frames have been tested to hold total weights of up to 65 stone (412 kg) and individual weights up to 45 stone (285 kg).

Our metal beds are powder coated to give a long lasting durable cover. They are more resistant to scratches and fading than a standard painted finish. There are over 1000 different finishes available.

Our metal beds are made from a 2mm thick metal which is twice as strong as most bed frames on the current market. This, combined with our heavy duty fixings, will reduce friction between the joints which is the main cause for a squeaking bed frame. There are also often other factors which can cause squeaking which are out of our control, such as uneven floors and the lubrication of fixings.

Your metal bed will be securely packaged. The mesh bases (size small double upwards) will arrive in 2 parts. All other parts will be boxed separately. If the wooden slatted option is chosen, then these will be flat packed and placed in 3 or 4 manageable boxes.
