5 stars for the quality of the bed and how they were able to accommodate my design requirements and fabric choices. Minus a star for the delivery and communication to them, it seems these beds are too heavy for the delivery team and they dislike taking it upstairs even though that is what was booked and paid for. The delivety team also broke the bed as they didn’t receive the instructions on how to install it correctly. I’d order from them again but hope they can sort out the delivery and installation side.
We purchased the Lenox in a double with the high-end option and had it painted white/ivory(?).
I still cannot believe just how sturdy this bed is, especially in comparison with the cheaper metal frames available it is absolute night-and-day! Even still anytime I have guests round and they happen to sit on the bed while I do something it gets mentioned because it is so solid. What's great is the bed is rigid but doesn't feel immovable so can be manoeuvred if needs be, but honestly it's amazing that a structure can be so supportive without middle pegs.
The gridded base is a fantastic touch, as the mattress has perfectly even support, and most importantly for us is the underside storage the high end provides. With the high end we are able to fill the underside of the bed completely with storage containers that you can't even see and feels much better use of the "under-bed space" than an ottoman can provide.
I paid for the "2 Man with Assembly & Disposal (Tier 2)" and the team that came to build the bed did a great job, very quick and very friendly, even helping work around me as dismantling the old frame took longer than expected so I was still dealing with this on their arrival.. Worth it in my opinion.
One note is about 3-4 weeks after it arrived and was built by the team, some of the screws(?) did become looser and the bed started creaking, but as it's a very simple design there aren't any hard-to-reach screws so it was easily tightened by hand with standard allen keys and hasn't budged since, nor creaked!
Sleep is noticeably improved, quality of the frame and build is great, completely silent and rigid, could not be happier. Expected lead time was 3-6 weeks but it was ordered on a Sunday night, delivered 10 days later!

For the low price, it would be easy to be worried that the quality might not be good. However, not only is the quality excellent, the mattress is very comfortable indeed. We bought 2 of these to go with the bunk bed we got here and they're really, really good mattresses. Would totally buy again and recommend them highly.
Good price, prompt delivery in good condition and well packaged. Once unpacked and allowed to "relax" fit bunks well. Very comfy in use. Well pleased.
